2-1 BUYDOWN

  • Payments on or after April 1st are considered delinquent.
  • If your lender collects a tax escrow, your lender will pay your taxes.
  • Early payments receive a discounted rate.
  • November payments receive a 4% discount.
  • February payments receive a 1% discount.
  • December payments receive a 3% discount.
  • March payments and later receive no discount.
  • January payments receive a 2% discount.
  • Payments on or after April 1st are considered delinquent.

  • Select "Property Taxes" on the far right of the page.
  • Enter your address or owner name.
  • Select "Add to Cart"
  • Select the correct property.
  • Select "Pay this bill" or "Pay All" if previous years taxes are due.
  • Scroll down to the middle of the page to "Featured Online Tools".
  • Check Out and pay the bill using your bank account information or a credit card. Note: credit card charges carry a fee but direct bank account payments do not.

  • Enter property address, owner name (last name, first name) or Parcel Identification Number from your deed.

  • Click "Check Out" in the blue "Collection Cart" box in the top middle.
  • Enter your address or owner name (last name, first name) or previous owner name if recently purchased.
  • Check Out and pay the bill using your bank account information or a credit card. Note: credit card charges carry a fee.
  • Select the correct property.
